Dahlfayce: Diary of a Nerd

I am (as stated previously) 5′ 2 1/2″ and weigh 125 lbs most days. I work out 5 days a week and want to know what workout you would recommend for slimming my waist down. I want a smaller waist and see lots of suggestions, but would like to hear from you if you have something that really works!
